Related account suspended.

I recently received basic amazon seller training from a training institution. Since I opened my Amazon seller account in that training institution, I think my account was suspended due to ‘related account’.

The information that came to me by the Amazon seller performance team is as follows.

"To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to any authorized or unauthorized relationship through a third-party company or evidence of account compromise. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated."

They return with a statement such as open-ended and show evidence.

Even in a court of law, the evidence is put forward by the prosecutor. How can I show evidence or give information about an error that I can only guess what it is?

I could not get clear information in my meetings with the Account healt team. The processes were confidential. How can I defend myself if the processes are confidential?

I wanted to have a video call with the Seller performance team, but I still could not reach a result.

Soon my entire stock will be destroyed and I can't do anything.

I would like to ask the Seller performans team to help if someone here reads this article.

In such cases, it is necessary to contact the seller portfolio team directly with the relevant account holder, learn the mistake made from them and ensure that a defence is made accordingly. We do commercial activity with small budgets. Amazon needs to be a little more constructive supportive.

These "training institutions" all blatantly break the rules because they do not care what happens to you. They just want you to pay them.

I know of a clear path to reinstate an account that was linked to another. The path is to fully close the associated account using the "tool" that Amazon provides you to close accounts.

I am assuming that the "training institution" will not do so. You should get a refund from them.

Amazon is not a place for fairness. The "training institution" should have taken this into account.

You mentioned opening your account in this training class. This raises a large number of concerns a points of association. When it comes to better understanding the policy, I recommend watching our seller university video on how to comply with out multiple account policy. This will help point out potential issues and help identify how this occurred.

When you are identified as being in violation of this policy, it will only provide you the store name, and in some situations the date of creation. We do not and will not provide any additional information. You will be required to fully research all points of connection to the mentioned store. How are you associated to them? Why are you associated to them? What pieces of information is shared? As an example, when you opened your account in this class, were you using their computers, or your own? Did you sign into any other accounts on this device?

Resolving this issue will require that you pursue one of two paths we provide. Show proof of separation, including contracts, termination agreements, bill of sale, transfer of ownership that helps establish why there is a connection, but also shows a clear separation.

If these documents cannot be provided or do not exist, we will require that the associated store be reinstated. If this was associated to your class or someone in the class, documentation may not be available and you will need to work with them to ensure the associated store has been reinstated first. As for this process, we do have another seller university video that provides a little more guidance.

This is not an option in this situation, video calls are typically only for different types of verification, not multiple account violations, thus a video call cannot be granted in this situation.
