Hello All, our snacks have a best before date and we go to great lengths to ensure we never overstock Amazon to ensure stock can get rotated - for the past 2 months we should be now selling stock that is dated end of March 25. However I have seen a few negative reviews where people have commented that they have received end of November 24. This should have cleared out of system mid July latest.
A friend contacted me and said she bought a box of snacks a few days ago and got end of Nov 24 dated stock.
Feelng anxious as this is our build up to Christmas and we want our customers to enjoy maximum shelf life.

Amazon don’t offer stock rotation- you need to sell out before sending more in or use another SKU for the newer stock
just set up a different SKU with a higher price. Then rotate yourself. So you have two SKU's rotating on the same ASIN. Problem solved and stock rotated
Yeah this has always happened. they for some reason don't have any way to know. So imagine your kitchen cabinet. all the same item. The items at the back of the cabinet will probably never sell.
I didn't know this either. Why do we need to submit product expiry when sending stock for FBA, if the stock isn't rotated? What is the purpose of supplying this date?
