Why am I having a large proportion of my funds being held in Account Level Reserve even though I am an FBA Seller only with emergency funding in place in case in the form of a credit/debit card. I would like to go back to being paid every 2 weeks as it has been since 24 Oct 2013 without any problems

Our account level reserve has been higher than usual (By £5-6K) since the start of July. Every time we request a disbursement the majority of the funds move back to the account level reserve.

Opened multiple cases and get nothing back - any ideas? Is there an email address we can contact?

We are brand-registered and have been selling on Amazon for over 10 years. Our account is also well managed, with great feedback, no issues, low refunds, etc.

A few months ago, Amazon introduced an Account Level Reserve to our disbursements, which works out at approximately 9-10 days worth of disbursement revenue.

A few days ago, we received an email about the new DD+7 policy. Seller support has informed us that the DD+7 is IN ADDITION to the Account Level Reserve.

Amazon now wants to hold almost 20 days' worth of sales! Seriously?
