We are not accepting applications to sell Other Human Ingestible Products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition
Hi, I have a dietary supplements brand called **LEGRANO**, which was recently approved and added to the Amazon Brand Registry (all product details and images were submitted). I have also linked the brand to my seller account and attempted to list my product.
At first, it seemed like the listing was processed successfully, but then I received an error stating that I need approval to sell. However, when I click on "Request Approval," I’m redirected to a page that says:
> “We are not accepting applications to sell:
> * Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
> * Other Human Ingestible Products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)”
My brand is already enrolled in Brand Registry and fully connected to my seller account. Additionally, I possess all the necessary certificates and have full legal rights to sell dietary supplements.
Could someone please assist me in understanding how to proceed from here?

If you are a brand owner, you can reach out to Brand Registry Support and ask them to approve you within the Grocery & Gourmet Foods category, which will allow you to list those products.
Once you have done this, please feel free to share the case ID for us to investigate further!
