Amazon retail

Hello, can someone explain me how to turn off amazon retail??

Every time my items are going to amazon retail, my items are selling some part of sizes in my listing some in retail, clients do not see the all offers. I am always need to ask support to disconnect my items from amazon retail, but this is really stupid resolving of problem. Problems has been not resolved and each day I have the same.

Maybe someone knows where I can turn off option to add my items to amazon retail???
