Items "Inactive (out of stock)" but are in stock

Hello,
i currently have 3 items that show this.
As shown in the picture, they are showing as inactive (out of stock) but have stock in FBA warehouse as available. i have contacted SS, and they say they have reset the items but nothing has happened on my end.

has anyone had this issue before?

Also as a side note, which is really weird, if i go into the ASIN myself on google chrome, i see it as an active sku but on Microsoft edge it is inactive.
