Customer ask questions but cant receive answers
Keep getting people ask me questions but when i respond to them, they ask the same question again because they are not receiving them as they have probably turned off messages. Is there any way to push messages to them? I think i might get a negative soon as they are probably getting fed up of asking the same thing and they have contacted amazon and told them that i am not responding so amazon has been in touch with me.
One lady i responded to 3 times kept having the message dissapear and when i went to old system to see, i could see that the messages where bouncing “unreachable email address”
Any help appreciated please
Thanks

You can try sending the message with [important] in the title.
And /or send them a snail mail copy of your messages by first class post. At least that they will receive.
You could also request Amazon CS to contact the customer for you.
The Amazon message system is very flawed"

If you are sending the message from the Amazon website you can select ‘Additional Information Required’ as the heading. This has a higher chance of reaching the customer. I usually reply to the messages then copy the message and send it again using the ‘Additional Information Required’ heading.
There are still some customers who won’t receive the messages using this method but I find a higher percentage of the messages do reach the customers this way. The most reliable way is to print the message out and send it by post.

well if she is messaging you, she must have a reachable email addy…….go into your emails and find her message, try replying to it by direct email

I have found this issue and have received a negative because of this recently. I have spoken to Amazon about it who just tell me to contact the customer about it… very frustrating… I can’t!

but the systems working fine - must be cos we were told yesterday it was on another thread. Its rubbish not fit for purpose - like a lot of Amazon. You are having exactly the same problems as me and when you are measured on ease of communication with seller its a bit of a joke

This only applies if you initiate the conversation, you can reply to any message the customer has sent to you and it will by-pass their message settings,
You can log into the Amazon website and send messages without requiring a valid email address (presuming it was valid when the account was created). So the “unreachable email address” error is pretty common,
In addition to this, most of the major email providers block emails from Amazon 3rd party sellers, this is because they appear to similar to a normal phishing email, i.e. they appear to be from Amazon but the reply address is different/etc.
There’s really very little you can do in this case, if you contact Amazon customer services (not seller support) they will usually pass a message on to the customer for you IF the customer contacts them, but they won’t reach out to a customer for you.
