about fbm account shipping

i have individual account but i want to change shipping template. i want to offer free shipping to my customers.

but i dont want to pay professional account fee to convert it into professional because my selling is not much as more then 40 units.

Please give me suggestions.

You can't. The only way to offer free shipping is on the professional selling plan.

Do you actually mean you have an individual seller account, or do you mean you are on the individual selling plan ? The individual account is ONLY for selling off your own personal secondhand items such as books, DVDs, CDs etc., NOT new goods.
