A score of 1.5. Seems like, not all, but most just wanna get the issue logged to receive their quota. I've believe I've been lied to, misdirected, and more. They have limited ability to actually resolve an issue, as support is outsourced, and so they don't have full system access. There are multiple people dealing with the issue over time, until it is still not resolved. Amazon needs to bring the support back home, and allocate a case worker to each issue raised. Otherwise, it will never work.

0 at the moment, I have never been impressed with the support but I am getting daily complaints from customers who have been charged £5! for postage not paid when I bought it from Amazon, the sticker on the package is clear as day 4x6 but AMAZON have failed to put the Royal Mail surcharge on the postage and the cost has been passed onto the customer and me!!! Nobody is admitting fault and it is costing me hundreds if not thousands of pounds. I don't even think the advisors know about this, complete scandal and I won't be going away until this is sorted!!!

No more than 1 , I'm afraid.
The question I need answered is rarely listed, and when I get some sort of templated, meaningless reply I am more stressed than when I started. Then they ask happily whether they've solved my problem and ask me to do a survey!
They 'improve' things which worked perfectly well and work less well now! A customer was given an immediate refund without my approval even though it was their ordering error and not mine.

Can I do minus? I honestly can't remember a time when they have given me the correct help. They had me crying with frustration a few times. I don't understand why they don't train them. It's just a waste of money having them.

Minus 10 stars, it is the most horrible service I ever encountered online. It is a shame, they have the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. I would prefer to not have it at all.
