Discrepancy between VAT Transaction and Monthly S
Hello when doing our accounting we found out that the sales from the VAT transaction report and the ones that are in our Monthly Summary Income Part are different.
Anyone else having that issue or we are reading them wrong?

Bump. We are in the same boat and going around in circles. We have payments going into our bank account that are not on the monthly date reports. Definatly tuned in to see what the more experinced sellers have to say. Someone must have figured this out.

Your usually better pulling the info for previous month once your a couple of weeks into the following month if your dispersments are past that period the way Neil suggests.
The likely confusion to why things are looking different will be the amount of different types of outgoings.
After years working in finance and never needing or using an accountant amazon was a tad to complex and a headache and at first I made mistakes and did not realise…
I use link my books which pulls info into xero now and its so much simpler no manual headache for tax or vat now its ideal.
Amazon uses reverse vat on some transactions and if you have an accountant that does not understand amazon and are simply downloading vat reports good luck…
As for transactions not matching when you go to full breakdown they will match unless there is an issue but on first glance may seem wrong.
