A to Z claim granted with DPD full tracking

Hi All
Not sure if I;m just wasting more time, but wanted to vent my spleen.
Just had a A to Z claim granted for a £379 laptop for non delivery even with full DPD tracking information.
I’ve appealed the decision using Amazon’s appeals template and included all the information requested including photographic, correct delivery address and GPS evidence, but it’s been upheld.
I get lots of messages from Amazon customers stating non delivery, but when I provide them with DPD’s tracking information and a link to the website with proof of delivery I don’t normally hear back from them.
Amazon granting these unfair claims is only providing a platform for fraudulent buyers.
It’s hard enough to make any money on Amazon’s market place, but with claims like this granted it makes it impossible!

Unfortunately the issue is likely to be the lack of a signature. See Amazons How to Prevent an A-Z.

The key point is ‘Require signature confirmation’ - even though that bullet point then goes onto say ‘if we cannot establish via other tracking information that the item was delivered to the customer’ the A-Z claims team have taken the rule that no signature = no delivery

Your only option might be a letter before action to amazon, not sure if anyone has tried.

Could you report the Laptop as Stolen, i dont know how it works but can you contact the manufacturer if New to mark it as such?

Other than that small claims to Amazon
