Copyright infringement - plan of actions
Hello,
Two weeks ago I received a notification due copyright infringement. I had an invoice for this product, but at that moment I did nothing about it. Yesterday I saw an open case in Case Log. It was telling that my account will be suspended in 72h if I won’t provide required information:
Send a plan of action within 72 hours that explains:
– Proof of authenticity (e.g., invoice, Order ID, letter of authorization, licensing agreement or court order) for infringing listings
– The steps you have taken to ensure that you are no longer infringing and will not infringe in the future
– Other relevant information
– Supporting details should you believe the notice was submitted in error or the notices are incorrect
I have an invoice, but what should I write to answer this one “steps you have taken to ensure that you are no longer infringing and will not infringe in the future” ?

Unfortunately, leaving Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Complaints in your account without taking any action to appeal them is a very bad idea.
What you received is a pre-suspension notice and you will need to respond to the original case with everything Amazon asked for.
This includes:
– Proof of authenticity (e.g., invoice, Order ID, letter of authorization, licensing agreement or court order) for infringing listings
and a Plan of Action, which can be similar to this example, but definitely don’t copy full sentences and talk about your specific situation:
