Video Rejected
Hello,
We have emailed customer-reviewsatamazon.ca, as advised by Seller Support, to contact the internal team responsible for reviewing rejected videos. Despite updating the video several times to ensure it contains no medical claims, we have not yet received a response. This issue pertains to the CA marketplace. Can Amazon Seller Support provide any assistance with this matter? We can't really figure out which part of the video has the medical advice/claim.
