my account was deactivated

so about a month ago my amazon UK marketplace got deactivated and what i needed to do is to activate my US marketplace to reactivate my UK marketplace and I've been told to summit a phone bill, bank information ect, so I've submitted those documents and now there saying i need to provide prove that I've sold the account so i need to provide documents of the bill of sale and the purchase agreement and so on but i don't know where they have got that from because i haven't sold the account, i just keep getting told different things about what i need to submitted to reactivate my account i just feel like i'm going in circles with this hole situation, so hopefully i can get some help
