We have delivered 690 units machines to Amazon, confirmed through sellercenter. It showed that these machines are delivered into Amazon's warehouse. 325 units are received, but the rest 365 units still not found until now.
We’ve been trying to resolve this issue with Amazon’s support team, but we’ve only received "wait". Then No updates, no information on what happened to our stock. We are a seasonal product, every passing day without a solution is putting us at risk. This makes us very panicked.
Anyone knows how can we get any info from Amazon? Or how can we quicly make our machines can be listed or find them, We are so worried now. What should we do next? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
