Hello All,

I recieved this notification. As i was a new seller and was not aware about amazon policies i just sourced my product from an online vendor who doesnot have any letter of authorization. i recieved complain and my amazon account has been deactivated. Amazon is requiring Letter of authorization but i dont have that. I have an an invoice from my reseller and i have provided all the explantion to amazon through Plan of Action. So Please let me know what should i do.

What happens if I do not send a sufficient explanation?
