Email reply option removed

Anyone else noticing a lot more seller support cases being 'resolved' (obviously without any actual helpful or relevant resolution) without an email reply option, and only the phone call or live chat option available?

We've had a few of these happen over the last few months, but it seems to be on every case now.

Just one more way of seller support fobbing us off?
