1. **Account Suspended for KYC Verification Failure** - November 2023

2. **Funds (15kGBP) go into FUND HOLD period** for 90 days

3. **Another KYC VIDEO verification is required** along with supply chain documents

4. **Appointment Dates granted, no one shows up on the appointed date**

5. **Over a month wasted trying to set up a successful interview**

6. **Interview successfully conducted on 27th May 2024**

7. **29th May 2024 Notification Verified the same and its here below**

8. **Being a patient seller, we keep writing to disbursement, and each notification from:**

- 1, 2, 5, 7, 6, 8, 9 June

- 3, 11, 15, 17, 18 July

**Notification says it will be released on the next settlement date.**

**But I need to complete another verification and it says, "Just login to Seller Central and you will be guided to the self-service page."**

**No such page exists ever. I have gotten on calls with account health support and they don’t know anything about it.**

**They suggest I write to the disbursement appeal email address, and this is an endless rabbit hole loop!**

Out of frustration of waiting for more than 9 months to get my hard-earned money,

the account which was already terminated in November 2023 is suspended again for violating communication guidelines within the Amazon community and using inappropriate language.

**How is it possible not to lose frustration and maintain calm?**

**My business is ruined. Who is responsible for this delay?**

**I want my money back and my account reinstated immediately!**
