patent infringement
Hi
I recently received a patent infringement notice, and I want to assure you that I have taken immediate action to address the issue. The product in question has been removed from my listings, and I will no longer be selling it.
However, I am concerned about the potential impact on my account's overall standing. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation, I have not received any response from the seller who initiated the patent infringement claim. This lack of communication leaves me uncertain about the steps I should take to ensure the continued integrity of my account.
Could you please provide guidance on the following:
Will my account remain at risk of removal even after the infringing product has been taken down?
Is there any additional information or documentation I can provide to demonstrate my commitment to complying with intellectual property rights and resolving this matter?
How can I proceed if I am unable to obtain a response from the seller who initiated the patent infringement claim?
I appreciate your attention to this matter and value your guidance in ensuring that my account remains in good standing. Thank you for your assistance

What did Amazon state you need to do? Post the notification you received.
Sometimes deleting the item is all you need to do, however the violation will remain on your account heath dashboard for 180 days. Without knowing what Amazon told you, though, we have no way of knowing if this is true in your case.
The seller who file the infringement is under no obligation to work with you to clear the violation.
