Safe-T-Claim for denied A2Z Claim?

I'm wondering if you are unable to file a SAFE-T-Claim for an order that was denied appeal to an A-Z claim. When I enter the order id in the new SAFE-T-claim box it can't find the order. Customer filed claim because shipment was late but eventually delivered 2 days later and has not been returned.

I have opened two cases (one of which is 17681978721) which are marked as "Transferred" but no response is given, but I do keep getting emails saying "We stand by our decision to deny the AZ appeal."

At the very least, the claim should not be held against my account.
