Shipping from different location with in state

Greetings from RajaRani Silks Emporium.

1. Is it possible to keep the store location in one place and the shipping address in a different place? The shipping location would be Chennai (TN), and the registered office location is 200 km away from Chennai. For easy handling, can we keep the shipping location from Chennai (TN)

2. If the seller does not have a laptop, internet, printers and the selling point was handled by an older or uneducated person, how could they get help to sell the products?

We are facing these two situations. How to handle this situation?
