Short Store URL Issues

Hi there

I have applied for a short URL for my Amazon store front and have been given one and told it will take up to 48 hours to be live. It's now way more than 48 hours and the URL they gave me is still not working. Anyone have any idea how to get this sorted? I have opened support cases several times over this issue but keep getting information back which doesn't even relate to the issue at hand.
