Hello @Seller_DCojOteIZV3xh,

Thank you for posting about your account deactivation.

Why does this happen?

We were unable to verify information about your seller account or received any new information about your products or sales history.

We received your submission but we are unable to reactivate your account. Upon review of your account, we confirmed that your account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our stores.

As you provided your deactivation and appeal rejection notice, this would be a verification of you, your store, and listings. What information did you provide to verify each of these points?

We will typically require an invoice that shows you were sourcing from an authorized distributor for the product. If the product is branded, or associated to intellectual property rights, you will also need to provide a letter of authorization to show proof that you and your store have been approved by the brand to list and sell these on amazon. Please also keep in mind that a letter of authorization can only be accepted if issued by the brand or rights owner, they cannot come from your supplier unless they are the brand owner.

You will also need identity information such as a government issued ID including all information, font and bank in color. This along with a utility bill that meets our requirements shown in the seller identity verification help page.

We in some situations may also require a bank statement in the account holders name.

These situations can only be disputed with the required documentation, if we cannot confirm compliance with the requested information, or new supporting evidence, the account will remain deactivated.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

Emet.
