Shipping Template being Changed

Hello Glenn,

We are having a urgent issue to where our shipping template is being changed to STANDARD SHIPPING 3 - 5 DAYS

when all of those ASINS should be under our US-Template for LTL arranged freight delivery. Meaning a valid contact phone number must be visible at all times for the shipping companies to make the deliveries.

We did not make any of these changes and there is no history of any upload files of the change. Brand registry also confirmed they are not making the changes.

Each time we have sent a new product upload feed file to correct the shipping template and the processing summary reports are confirming successful in the change, the ASINS keep reverting back to STANDARD SHIPPING 3 - 5 DAYS
