Hi all.

We are trying to create a shipment plan, one of the boxes of one ASIN weighs 16.6kg.

However when creating the shipment plan and entering the correct box weight of 16.6kg the "confirm and continue" and "save" buttons are greyed out and not clickable. The system is not allowing us to enter and save the weight of 16.6kg.

Any ideas?

Support is just sending us in circles, telling us the box must weight less than 23kg (it does) and must have heavy package labels if greater than 15kg (it will)!

Hello, I hope someone can help.

I am looking to send in to amazon FBA some larger items that meet the criteria for Amazon FBA.

My issue is sending them in! If I follow the guide lines from amazon and strap 2 pallets together in order to take my large items. I can not find a pallet company who would take them in that format.

1, does anyone know a pallet company who would take 2 pallets strapped together?

2, Would amazon not accept a solid single oversized purpose made pallet?

3, I can rearange my items onto one regular pallet but they would be over 200cm in height. Is the 180cm height restriction on amazon also for heavy and bulky items?

I have spoke with someone at amazon and they have been helpful and shown me what to do, but could not advise on a courier to take the pallets (2 strapped together).

We sent out a bed to the customer and at a later date sent a replacement part, all tracked with XDP. Customer at a later date asked for compensation, which we declined as the item that needed replacing did not hinder the use of the bed. after this the customer applied for a A to Z claim, which was accepted by the A to Z claims team under the heavy and bulky policy.

After many tried we have unable to speak to someone on the phone. We followed all the policies, including the heavy and bulky policy which states you must respond to a returns request. Which the customer confirmed on the messages, he did not want to do, just get compensation.

Can anyone help, as the customer has clearly stated he will not return the item, as he has blocked any correspondence from our team.

This does not make any sense that the customer has confirmed he wished to keep the item and has all the parts to the item and still get a claim granted and we loos out!
