Listings Won't Update or Correct
Hi there
I have 33 listings on Amazon, some of which have up to 60 variations.
The listings I’ve created within the last year have never allowed me to go back and correct any errors in the listings. The editing system lets me make the changes which do keep, but they never take effect in the viewable listing.
It’s infuriating that Seller support has never been able to do anything but refer me onto another department who sends me irrelevant copy and pasted links which don’t help at all.
I’d so like to get this all cleaned up ready for Christmas. Has anyone had the same experience? Does anyone have any bright ideas as to what I can try next?
I’d be so grateful for any input.
Warmest regards,
Suzanne

That is because Amazon only treat your corrections as “suggestions” which they may or may not accept, especially if there are other sellers, or potentially other sellers, on the listing. Getting anything changed, especially to product titles or images, is difficult: there are numerous threads on here from sellers who have the same problems that they cannot resolve. You may have to keep trying in the hope that eventually the change goes through
For the future, it would be best to double- and triple-check your new listings to avoid any errors from the start

Hi Olderithian
Thanks so much for taking the time to respond to my question. I’m the designer and manufacturer of my unique products so there are no other sellers selling my product. It just seems weird that I never had this problem until about a year ago.
Of course I do try and triple check my new listings, but somehow always manage to overlook the odd error here and there, which is so frustrating
I have 1 listing with about 60 variations which I think I’m going to have to start all over again with, but can’t seem to find how to bulk download a listing for editing. I’ve never been brave enough to try this before. Any pointers / tips?
Thanks again,
Warmest regards,
Suzanne
