Error code 5461

i had created my listing as a private seller then i deleted it because i couldnt see the buy box on my listing so i thought i would recreate the listing to try and get the buy box, i have learnt that buy box can come after some time. now my issue is im getting error code saying my asin has been used when i try to recreate my listing and if i think my product is unique i have to give the error code and information about my listing to amazon. i have brand and im currenty being reviewed for brand registry although i was able to create my fbm listing without being brand registered anyway so i dont see the issue here. i had created four listings one for each size varient which i was going to merge into one. i had deleted all four in order to create one and try get with buy button. amazon is now saying asin has been used and they need to investigate if the product is in the catalogue and if the product is uniqe. ANYONE HAD THIS ISSUE WHATS BEST WAY TO DEAL WITH THIS? IM ASSUMING DELETED LISTINGS CANT BE BROUGHT BACK?
