Hope everyone is well and that business is going well.
I wanted to reach out to other sellers for some assistance of an issue I have been having since March.
My account was suspended in March due to Received Intellectual Property Complaints.
I have authentic documents such as Invoices and Letter of authorisations, however every appeal is getting rejected automatically within 30 seconds of submission.
I have emailed the managing director however I do not get any response from them. I have missed out on Christmas sales and funds held by Amazon.
Is it a similar issue to what happened 3 years ago - valid invoices but inavalid ASINs?

I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to seek your assistance regarding the suspension of my seller account, specifically related to ASIN: B00CNNPPUW. This item was sold by Slick Retail Ltd in 2022, and since Shop IQ Ltd has taken over this account as a new business, we have eliminated all of Slick Retail's inventory and have focused exclusively on selling medical testing kits via FBA.
Amazon has requested invoices for the aforementioned ASIN, and I approached Slick Retail to obtain the necessary documentation. They provided me with an invoice, which I forwarded to Amazon, but unfortunately, it was not accepted. Following this, I received communication from the FBA team requesting further documentation for the items held at the FBA warehouse for authenticity purposes. I submitted a series of documents, including the invoice, commercial invoice, letter of authorization, and packing slip. However, these submissions were also rejected, and I have now been informed that my stock may be destroyed due to the issues surrounding this ASIN.
I have made multiple appeals regarding this matter, yet I continue to receive the same refusal notifications, often with limited information regarding the specific reasons for the denials.
I would greatly appreciate your help in reviewing this situation and advising on what additional documents I should supply to reinstate my account and resume selling. Please note that my knowledge regarding the ASIN in question is quite limited since we have no association with Slick Retail.

You need to give more info - does the brand match the invoice, did you list using the barcode, is your ltd company on the invoices?
