When ever i am trying to do the listings i get this error message in the UAE Amazon ( The most pothetic phone support is in UAE Call support does not work only email responses are copy paste and chat is they respond stating thery will email steps but same step stating delete this listing and list again with all the fields updated ) . The error message " There is no record of the SKU corresponding to this update on your account. This commonly occurs when there are other issues on your SKU..
Pothetic i say i never face this issues in India atleast the team over there is responsive and phone support works there.
7 times following their instruction i have deleted and created new listing again still getting the same error

Thanks for your post. I am sorry to hear of the difficulties you have experienced with listing your products.
I think you may be referring to Error Code 13013. Usually when this error is received it is because the item was not successfully added to your account at some point. It is possible that that incomplete information for the product within your account is causing the error.
First, I would advise that you go through your incomplete listings in the Fix Your Products page and delete any incomplete listings related to the item you are trying to list. Please wait at least 24 hours after deleting the incomplete listings before you try to list the item.
Then, after 24 hours you can attempt to list the item. If you are using Add a Product to list the item you will need to select the option 'I’m adding a product not sold on Amazon'. You should use the EAN/UPC and not the ASIN to list the product. You will also have to provide all required information as if it is a brand new item. The same applies if you are using an upload file, you will need to use the EAN/UPC and not the ASIN to upload the product.
If you still experience difficulties please contact Seller Support with all the details you are providing when listing the item so that they can investigate in more detail.
