Please HELP - Banned account

Please please can someone help

I got banned because I worked as a VA on an amazon account that got banned (It shouldn’t have been) however I was also running my own amazon account. The different company not linked in any way.

I have sent amazon a reply to their appeal and given them everything they asked for including

  • Lawyer letter confirming i only have one amazon account and have nothing to do with the other business
  • A full 4 page POA
  • Bank statements
  • Termination of contract

They are saying it’s not enough but with no explanation why? Is there any email i can make a complaint to?

Unfortunately, the other company IS linked to you, because you worked on their account and if that account is suspended/deactivated, yours will be as well

A 4 page POA is too long. It needs to be short and simple but specific - bullet points, not a blow-by-blow account of all your dealings with the other seller etc.

They usually ask for “greater detail” which means better detail, not more

If you post the POA on here, other sellers can advise on improving it, which usually means scrapping it and starting again

From your post I understand that your account is deactivated due to related account issues.

As per Amazon’s Prohibited seller activities and actions policy, operating and maintaining multiple seller central accounts is against the policy.

Your Amazon’s selling account will be linked with another selling account which is not in compliance with Amazon’s policy.

We would recommend that you look out for any related account that you may have connection with and understand the primary reason for which the selling privileges have been taken down on that account. Once the account is identified and the reason understood, you will have to resolve the issue of the primary account first with an appeal highlighting the:

-Reason for the issue on the account.

-Corrective measures taken to resolve the issue on the account.

-Followed by preventive measures to avoid the issue in the future.

Since, you have already submitted appeal where it has been denied from the relevant team thus we can understand that as per the documents were rejected means the relation can’t be segregated.
I would suggest to fix the issues of primary account & continue selling on it as creating a secondary account related violates the policy of Amazon.

We would recommend you to look out for any related account that you may have connection with and understand the prime reason for which the selling privileges have been taken down on that account.
