SAFE-T Claim issue

I have a SAFE-T Claim issue.

SFP order using Amazon Buy Shipping.

The order arrived late and for some reason Amazon decided to refund the customer in full and let them keep the item.

We have opened a SAFE-T Claim as we believe this is our right as we have bought the shipping through Buy Shipping - BUT the SAFE-T robot keeps saying we dispatched the item late. We did not dispatch the item late and the tracking proves this.

We would like to be refunded
