Business Orders not Going Through
Can someone please help us with this. Every business order we have received for the last three weeks and it is anywhere between 14-25 a day just sits in pending FOREVER until the customer eventually drops the order. None are going through. We are losing thousands of dollars. We have called Amazon customer support at least 10 times about this and nothing happens and they just tell us it must be the buyers form of payment not going through. That is BS there is no way every customer for the past three weeks hasn't had a payment method that could have gone through. Please someone help us with this.

Typically, an order with a status of Pending might indicate an issue with the buyer's payment method or a convenience store payment method. In some cases, our payment and order detail verification processes can potentially extend order processing times for as long as 21 days.
