Letter Of Compliance for product that was not recalled
Amazon is asking for a Letter Of Compliance for a product that was not recalled. They told us to contact our supplier, but they also have no idea what the recall is for. I own the brand, am brand registered, and am the only seller for this product.
How do we find out what the recall was for? Without that, we cant create a Letter Of Compliance and have the inventory changed from unsellable to sellable.
Prior to this issue, the ASIN was suspended for not having a valid EPA registration number. However, the ASIN does have a valid EPA number. After I appealed (a few times), Amazon finally agreed, reinstated the ASIN, but has classified my inventory as unsellable due to the alleged manufacturer recall. Again, my manufacturer is a small mom and pop's business. They did not issue any recall. The product is a one-piece, simple plastic device, similar to a bowl.
Please help.

Hi there @Seller_QD2EaZq89yfSW,
At this time I'm reviewing to see what options exist for this product and what is required to appeal this AISN, if possible. As soon as I have any updates will reach out again here. Thank you for your understanding.

I was dealing with this issue as well, and I had no idea what it was. Then I realized that there is an option in the last attribute when we create the listing. I am attaching a screenshot for the reference. If that’s the case for you, then select the option Not Applicable, where it asks for the compliance certificate for your product.
