multiple account deactivation section 3

HELLO

My account has been deactivated due to 'multiple accounts'. However there is nothing on my account health page all zero they show me the name of the account in response but the name they show me is the business name (mhba dealzz) and another is display (name meha dealz) and never opened any other account and they have deactivated my account because of miss understanding or automated selection ,i have appeal 2 time that i have no other account but again auto reply comes up
