not able to change my images
hello sellers
three of my listings came under IP complaint which i waived off removing images. now i changed the pack of my product and trying to add the images but they are not uploading saying my main image is not compliant with listing. i talked to internal team they also say that images are not with white background when i am uploading them from my end. and this is happening with all my asins. how to resolve this issue

Are you using a white background? Amazon does not want lifestyle, colored background, or text on main images. If you put the product on an all white background you should be good to go

I'm having an issue where my photos are all compliant but they aren't properly loading on the front end on my listing display page. It's been 7 hours now with no update.

Hello @Seller_kuiFZNMtfUku4- Danny from Amazon here! When Amazon says a white background, they really do mean all white(RGB 255 255 255), as indicated in this help page. Other common image issues and how to combat them are linked here!
Have you corrected this issue for any of the involved ASINs as of yet?
