Read onlyI’ve been trying to close my seller account for months as I am no longer trading. I’ve logged multiple seller support requests, most of which haven’t been answered properly. I was told a few weeks ago that I had £0.01 outstanding to pay before I could close my account so I paid that and again requested account closure. Since then I’ve had further charges applied to my account in other EU marketplaces. I don’t understand what these are for as I’ve never sold anywhere other than UK and I withdrew all stock months ago. So now I’m back to being unable to close my account.
Has anyone experienced anything similar?
Did you have all the other EU marketplaces set as inactive - holiday settings ?
