I purchase items from China and get them repacked myself and brand them myself my end, that makes me the manufacturer. Now I store these items in my own warehouse and only then ship in the items I need to Amazon warehouse when and as I sell them, this is the only way you can do it efficiently and at speed.
Well amazon either requests an invoice from the manufacturer to show I have purchased them if I'm not the manufacturer or they want a packing slip from the manufacturer.
well if I did a invoice from the manufacture where I got them from in China, I would need several or even up to 20 invoices to show each item purchased, this is just not efficient and I believe Amazon would know this. It's like they are trying to find ways to get out of reimbursing even though they are at fault.
No as I claim im the manufacturer as I brand the items, I send them in my packing slip that I use when packing the shipment for amazons warehouse, majority of the time they are fine, but I then get the odd one where they want more information on the packing slip as it's not enough even though I say I sent this same packing slip setup and got approved for the others, so why not this one, but they don't care and still request that information.
I have done everything and it's still not enough, I have put the manufacturers address on the packing slip, but they want the buyers address on it aswell, but I am the manufacturer and buyer, they then also want it signed, but I have used a computer signature, but that's not good enough. I have bent over backwards now to try and give what they want, but they are asking for stuff which is impossible.
Can someone from Amazon look into this for me as this is getting silly now. I'm starting to feel like unless we have 100% concrete proof where we have to show you stuff that is impossible, then you will not compensate so it makes me feel like you either think I'm lying even after 10 years of selling with you with lots of good feedback or you just trying to find ways to not reimburse so you make more profits, if I say I sent these items in, then I have 100% sent them in.
Also a selling having to bend over backwards for items you have lost is not great, you lost them, but I'm having to spend the time and effort trying to prove this.
