Error when Attempting to print Box Labels

@Dominic_AmazonI hope that you are able to assist us with this. We have an FBA shipment that is created but on step 3 when we try to print the labels, we get an error message stating "An error has occurred. Refresh the page or try again." Any idea on why this might happen?

Hi @Seller_Cks0PmcsySNfV, is this error still occurring? I would suggest trying to clear your cache and cookies or attempting in a new browser.
