A-to-z Claims
Hello,
Can anyone offer some suggestions on how to re-appeal an A-to-z claim, when they can't even understand delivery dates correctly.
In our case, the deliver by date was 23rd October, we provided the tracking link and proof of delivery image that shows the item was delivered on the 21st October. The A to Z team, are trying to tell us that the 21st October isn't before the 23rd October.
I wish I was joking, but the level of incompetence displayed is seriously next level. So much so, I don't know how to approach a response to this without having a go at them.
The fact that the A to Z appeal only allows 1 image, when we have 4 proof of delivery images doesn't help things either.
Any tips or advice are appreciated.
Thank you!

I've often believed, going on similar cases that in cases like this, amazon aren't look for a date before the last estimated delivery date, but in fact a date WITHIN the estimated delivery dates. So if you deliver before the first estimated delivery date, in amazons eyes, its possibly you haven't done what you said you would do.
Amazon have never confirmed this - and doubt they ever will.
All you can do is appeal, if it fails, email managingdirector@amazon.co.uk ...and so on.
