Here was my question to seller support: 'I was temporarily deactivated from my book selling account because of VTR problems which, it turned out, was widespread on Amazon, and was apparently a problem between Amazon and Royal Mail and was NOT my responsibility. My account has been restored. However my VTR is still only 91% so what is to stop your AI robots deactivating my account again? Shouldn't Amazon restore this to at least 95% so my account does not become deactivated wrongly again?'
The answer I received was a pull-down menu VTR response about adding tracking which was completely irrelevant to the question I had asked.
Can one of you Amazon moderators answer this?
