Closing a deactivated account
Hi all,
My account has been suspended. After multiple PoA attempts, I’ve given up. I made a mistake, I apologized and tried to make amends. Amazon is big game though, no mistakes allowed for newbies. Fair enough, I respect Amazon policies and Amazon’s decisions, no complaints.
My question, I have blocked inventory in Amazon for the banned listing. Amazon is not even reading my PoAs anymore and not responding to anything anymore. Meanwhile, I’m paying fees for the blocked inventory and my account. What’s the process to have my inventory destroyed and permanently close my Amazon Seller Account? And I do understand that means I’ll never be able to sell on Amazon again.
Thanks

You can’t close a suspended account. You mention blocked inventory - have you tried doing a removal / disposal order for them and they won’t let you?
You can downgrade your account to the individual selling plan to prevent further fees - go into your account info to do that.
