As above reply, this is NOT the correct way to appeal your deactivation, and this is NOT the Seller Performance Team.

If this is a newly registered account, then ALL new accounts are deactivated whilst they check and verify all the info you have provided, both personal ID and business information. This can take time so you just need to be patient, as there are many new sellers registering daily.
