Units stuck on fc processing

Hello ! Since Wednesday my units are stuck on fc processing making my sales to go down I already reach out the seller support team and I still didnt get any answer . The only answer that I got was "We determined 12 unit(s) have been sidelined at the fulfillment center. These units have been sidelined at the fulfillment center for additional processing, such as verification of item dimensions and weight, pending investigations, or FC transshipment. FC processing can take up to 3 days to complete" . 3 days already pass and nothing has happend yet and my listings are inactive .
