My inventory is stuck in FC Processing
I purchased 500 units and had them shipped to AmazonFC. About 200 were available for FBA and 300 were shipped off to other FCs shortly after they landed at Amazon. After that it took a month for the shipment of 300 to finally close but now are in FC Processing so I still can't sell them. I am now down to 30 units left and sales have come to a stop because I stopped advertising. I don't want to run out. It has been 8 days since the 300 have been in FC Processing.
I have an open ticket with SS (15202766391) since April 30th and they said it would take up to 3 days to get a response. It has now been over a week. How can we get some movement on these 300 units. They seem to be stuck somewhere.

Just wait. Amazon always a shorter time frame than happens in the real world. That is simply done to keep up the seller's hopes.
By opoening a ticket to see just where your product is and when it will be available for sle, is basically a waste of time. You are just one in several 100 sellers who are in the same situation.
