Adding merchant tokens to different marketplaces
Good afternoon all.
I had (again) one of my seller accounts hacked into last year and the prices changed. I was unable to sell as the pricing was too high and it took ages to resolve.
I’ve since been in touch with seller central in Canada and I’ve been instructed to add US and Australia merchant tokens to my UK seller account to resolve the issue and then allow me to access my Brand registry in Canada.
Confused yet…? !
Does anyone know how to add a merchant token to my seller account in the UK please? The instructions Amazon Brand team have given aren’t very clear and they don’t take calls.

"Therefore, in order to resolve the issue, we request you to log in to your brand registry account for the UK marketplace and add the token IDs for US and Australia marketplace in the role of either Rights Owner, Administrator or Registered Agent, using self-service on the Brand Registry portal. The steps are Settings > User Permissions > Invite a user to your brand. "
