View Compliance Requirements (Under Review - Action Required)
Hi,
I’m having a major issue with my ASIN. I’ve already submitted all the required compliance documents for my product with a lithium battery, but I keep getting emails saying my ASIN is “At risk of removal” and that “Action is required.”
I can’t add or edit any documents, and there’s no info on what might be wrong. I’ve reached out to Amazon support several times over the past two months, and they just tell me to “wait” because it’s still under review. This is really frustrating, and I haven’t gotten any clear answers or help.
Can someone please help me figure out why this is still happening and what I need to do to fix it? I’m worried about my product getting removed and would really appreciate any assistance.

They just removed my product. Unbelievable!
I've been reaching out for months to fix this so it doesn't get deleted. And they deleted it without telling us what the error was! Totally disappointed with amazon support!
