Read onlyIn an attempt to reactivate my account, amazon proposed me to provide them with my utility bill with address matching address of primary user on amazon account . As my address on utility bill was not exactly the same as mentioned on the seller central. I try to change it on indentity information under business information but its saying submitted for verification since few days without asking any documents.
I have created case#10390515232 and send many email amazon dedicated team with email address: apuk-seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk without any response.
@Spencer_Amazon Can you please quickly help us as our inventory is blocked in china because of this issue Thanks a lot
you can’t change any details whilst the account is being verified- as there’s a mismatch it will probably fail and you can then ask them to “enable” the box to change details- it will then have to go through verification again with the altered info,
