Hi everyone,

I just signed up as a new seller on Amazon Seller Central. My credit card is verified across all marketplaces (UK and EU), but I still can’t access anything. I keep seeing a pop-up window with the message "Invalid charge method".

Has anyone experienced this before, or can someone guide me on what steps I should take to make my payment method valid?

Thanks in advance for your help!

It can take quite some time for Amazon to check and verify all the info/documents you have provided - it is not an instant thing, and for some can take even weeks. You need to be patient, and whatever you do, do not buy or send any goods in to amazon for FBA (if that is what you intend to use) until your account is fully verified - needs green ticks against everything in your account info.

As per current status on your account, it seems they're still missing information. Our advice will be for you to review requirements provided on the performance notification and upload the missing documentation.

Any assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support channel.
