Help Account Has Been Deactivate Due To Inactivity
My account has been deactivated due to inactivity. When I select Reactivate Account in Account Overview, we are redirected to the Charge Methods page. I added a new credit card and no errors are indicated with my charge method. I have no other options to move forward with the reactivation. I tried to re-verify my identity but there is no option for that. I tried to open a case but I'm also redirected to the inactive account message.
What steps do we need to take to reactivate our account?
