Product is still restricted from search visibility due to the incorrect adult classification issues contracted with support several time and they take their time but nothing happened

TEN ASINs of the same parent listing were incorrectly flagged as "adult products" and disappeared from search. After contacting seller support, they acknowledged that all ASINs are incorrectly classified as adult products so that it not visible in search queries, and that they've submitted a request to remove the suppression and to allow up to 72 hours for changes to take place.

After 72 hours, the restriction still was not removed, and neither ASINs were searchable. I reopened the cases and was again told that a request to remove the restrictions had been submitted and to wait 72 hours for the restriction to be removed, but still nothing has changed. I contacted them over the last 7 days, but still nothing happened.

All ASINs of the same parent listings are incorrectly classified as adult products, as the products themselves are not adult products.

We lost our rank due to such an incorrect issue. So, please escalate the issue to be solved

The Case Ids: 18048295001, 18047375431, 18043063361, 18037675351, 18032078611, 18031639411, 18021847471, 18019878251, 18015753311, 18013149601

Is there a way to get any help with having the search restrictions removed on here?

Prime Day is just around the corner, but unfortunately, we are unable to take advantage of it due to an incorrect suppression caused by a misclassification as "adult" content. Despite having a significant amount of stock available in FBA, we are unable to make any sales on this listing. This situation is extremely disappointing for us.

For your convenience, I have also included the product page and image, which clearly show that this is in no way an adult product.

I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible, as any further delay may result in irreversible damage to our business.

Thank you!

we are having the same problem and issues for years on Amazon.. it’s beyond frustrating. I literally feel like we’re banging our head up against the wall. We have got it reinstated several times only for it to keep happening over and over and over it’s destroying our business. I wish Amazon would really fix their issues.

same. I give up. I can find my listings under categories, but that is the only way. My sales have dropped from 30 of that particular item a day to 2 or 3. makes a lot of sense.
